Elon co-founded LaunchCapital in January 2008 to help entrepreneurs gain quick access to seed capital and mentorship. Throughout the past 9 years, he has been a prolific early stage investor. His portfolio performance since 2010 has recorded IRR that has placed LaunchCapital in the top 10% of venture funds worldwide.

Now focusing on growth investments, Elon has a passion for working with industry disruptors like Arccos Golf, Gelesis, Adimab, Pico Trading, Snap, Spotify, and more.

He has taught courses at the Yale School of Management on Private Equity and Venture Capital and on Entrepreneurial Finance.
